We moved to Allen, Texas, from Florida and needed a bedroom set delivered before we arrived. We found Zillie Furniture on the internet and called to order a set we saw online. Shawn came to look at the space, determined it would fit well, and had it delivered and set up before we arrived. We were so pleased that upon actually seeing the store, we ordered the home office furniture as well. Shawn wasn't there on Sunday, but Ahmed guided us around the store to show us everything the store had to offer in office furniture and more. We met with Shawn the next day and completed the purchase. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchases and the efficiency with which our furniture was set up. Excellent staff !
when I bought my house. The sales guys promised it was a top grain leather sofa. But soon the sofa started to lose the leather on edges in spite of regular maintenance. Furniture that costs thousands of dollars wears out so soon within an year?? there is another accent chair we bought from them. Agreed it is a bonded leather. But still have not seen any others go so bad and quickly. And their insurance is a farce. When we claimed insurance they said it was wear and tear. After spending too much time talking to them we just lost our patience and gave up. Attached are a few photos. Beware of their claims and do thorough research online before you buy. I have seen online websites like wayfair offering atleast 30% lower prices for the same article these guys sell. Please think before you spend your hard earned money on such low quality and ridiculously high priced items.
Although, I had purchased extended MFS furniture protection that refused to service this request and had to go in circles with them prior to bringing it to Zilli furniture staff attention. They are extremely attentive and listens to all customer concerns with a great deal of patience. Please accept my gratitude towards your customer care staff for efficient services. I would especially like to commend Mike and other customer service staff for their professionalism and superlative skills.
Love our new furniture set. Faraz, my salesperson, was great. He was very patient and extremely helpful in my decision. I felt comfortable walking around the store ( I was there at least two hours) and never felt pressured to make a decision or goaded to buy from them. After my purchase, I was given time to get our old furniture out and setup a convenient time for our furniture delivery.
