Janice white was super nice she gives amazing ideas and great advice about how to design and decorate your house. I would 100% recommend her with her amazing service and help. We loved her and she made everything so much fun and easy. We were planning on going to a different store for more options but she helped us get everything done and gave us so much ideas here. If we ever come back we will without a doubt look for her . WE LOVED HER!
We were greeted by Mr. Luciano Alvarado who showed us the bar stools we were looking for. He gave us the Veteran's Day 25% discount which gave us an extremely good deal on the bar stools. He also showed us a mattress for the next purchase that we make. He also scheduled the delivery and explained the procedures during the delivery. The accounting representative was very patient as she explained the amount of our transaction. The entire experience was professional and pleasant.
I can't say enough about our salesperson, Janice White at the Plano, TX store. Janice was not your typical sales rep that you try to avoid because they hover three steps behind you. She was very sweet, respectful of our space and time and most importantly when we made our decision, Janice jumped through hoops to get us the best price possible. We saved hundreds by going to her opposed to getting the best online prices, she is a real go getter!

Katherine assisted me in financing, and was very clear and precise with letting me know what the process is for delivery and other things.
