A few years ago we had an issue with rooms to go and we vowed never to give them business again.
My wife found a couple things she wanted and we broke our vow and returned to give them business. I was amazed by the difference in customer service that we experienced now as compared to back then.
Our experience was great. It took a few visits to figure out exactly what I wanted but Linda was patient and professional each time not knowing if I was actually going to purchase anything or not! But when I made my mind out I went back and let her take care of everything and that she did! EXCELLENT Customer Service by Linda.
We worked with Tim Green and he was helpful and honest. I can say that we will use him for all orders moving forward and I personally recommend him.
We also spoke personally to Juan, the store manager, and he was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained the new philosophy for the company and what that means for the customer.
Our overall experience was fantastic. There was no pressure or deceit. Give this location a try for sure!!
Great store excellent staff! Jody was fantastic, got us taken care of real fast without a lot of hassle or ordeal. Ended up with a new living room set better than what we went in for!
Usually the salesperson is very attentive but on this trip he showed me where to look for the item I was looking for then went back to the front door sat down and never came to check on me again... When he saw me coming back towards the door he never even got up out of his chair he just yelled at me across the whole showroom floor did I find what I was looking for... I did... but I didn't purchase it...I left.
I am not sure how Rooms to go does business. It is not about Plano store but looks like this is their business strategy across their stores. I did purchase my mattress from Plano. First i purchased Sealy summer day, it was too firm and I had back pain and hip pain due to the mattress firmness. I decided to return it and roomstogo allows only exchange after using the mattress for 30 days.This time it was Serta Perfect sleeper Clarendon ridge. I didnt have too many choices and I had to choose something within 30 days. Now this one is soft but sinks inside too much. It sinks in the middle leaving it without proper alignment for my sleep. Now my lower backache increased much more due to this. Everyday I am having back problems sleeping on this mattress. I called customer service, they came and measured the level of sinking. They dont measure when someone lies down on the mattress. They measured with some instrument tape to see the level of sinking, but it doesnt show much sinking unless someone lies on it. When no one is on the mattress, the air comes back and the mattress looks flat, but when someone lies on it, it sinks too much in the middle. These mattresses sold at roomstogo doesnt have any reviews to know anything about the mattresses before purchasing. Roomstogo website doesnt have review system and surprisingly these mattresses are not sold anywhere outside roomstgo. These are made by the manufacturers especially for roomstogo. Hence there is no way we can know some customer experiences on these mattresses sold by roomstogo. Customer service said it is within the manufacturers specification, so not any defect or fault with the mattress. Now i am still sleeping in pain everyday without knowing what to do with this mattress.
