I needed a part for my recliner. I called them and they had it in stock. They gave me directions to get to the store. I drove there showed them the broken part they handed me the replacement at no cost because you know life time guarantee. We chatted for a bit. Friendly people. Good service. What's not to like?

Furniture is comfortable but not sure if a recliner is worth paying $2000-$3000 on sale. Could use better fabrics for that price imo.
Absolutely the best recliner I have purchased in my life. If you want quality, La-Z-Boy is the way to go.
Purchased two recliners, had a problem with one. I called the Plano store where I purchased and Spoke to Terry 5 minutes after delivery. I was told he would check with the warehouse to make sure they delivered the right chairs and call me back. Two hours later I called he had no info, 3 hrs later I called again he promised he would call right back. Next day and I still have not heard from him. Really disappointing when you spend money for quality you should receive quality service as well, I suggest you go to another store.
