Came here after trying both Ashley's and Nebraska's only to be delivered damaged furniture twice from each place. Was referred here from the Dallas store. This store location is closing and had prices marked down. Ryan was excellent. Not pushy, let us look around and answered any questions we had on pricing and quality. Delivery service was on time and was scheduled for the same week. Would highly recommend.
This location is OKAY. I didn't care for the set up. I usually go to the one in farmers branch which is really nice. I came in to the Plano location today just wanting to look and of course harassed by a salesman. I really wish furniture stores would allow you to enjoy the store without being followed and harassed.
Good selection. I have been looking for a soft recliner combination for the past 3 months. Finally found one that I liked on my own. However, very poor customer service from the salesperson (Conrad). I was not greeted, and ended up sitting on the sofa I was looking to purchase for about 10 minutes before Conrad walked up. After sitting commenting on the price Conrad immediately took a sour attitude and after a second just walked away. He returned several minutes to say that because it was a sale price they offered from Memorial Day (almost 2 weeks ago) that they offered 1 yr financing for a cash price they could not discount anything. When I asked about a warranty he was able to provide me very little information. He walked again, and this time I got up to leave (again without saying anything) This time I had had enough, and got up to leave. When I returned to the front of the store I walked up to Conrad complaining to another employee about me. Conrad, you lost a sale to another sales perfessional because you did not do anything to build value in your product. You were not able to answer questions to my satisfaction and most of all you were flat out rude. I surely hope you provide better customer service to others or you are costing this business a lot of money. 3k plus from this sale alone.
Great experience shopping for living room furniture at Freed's. Jennifer's customer service is excellent. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and NOT a pushy or aggressive salesperson. Jennifer, thank you again for your help. I'm so excited to put my new furniture in my new house.
