Clean store nothing to really complain about to give a bad rating. However if you are really tall and thin like myself you will probably have better luck online.
Actually I want rate this at 3.5 but can't. The store is small. Good for Kohl's to save the space and move a lot of their sales online. Mostly my negative rating is for the online pick up. It is literally ancient compared to other stores (from my experience in CA). I had to go wait in line for the person to get done after which she entered my order no in the system for before she called someone to get the stuff. While I have had the best experience in some other store for pickup where you can park at the designated spot and pick your item in mins.
Not enough personal to answer question or help n in each department you literally have to go find someone. Sale prices were good though! So gave 3 stars. Did get some help n is the shoe department finally kudos to her she was nice!
Great variety of clothes from casual to work to athletic. Great sales. Not always the nearest store, but I've seen worse. I hate that returns and exchanges have to be done in a far back corner. Makes it feel more aggravating and like a much bigger hassle than necessary.
