I had a poor experience here. I had an extremely rude manager burst into the ladies room with a crew of construction workers (unannounced). She opened my stall and they saw me in my underwear. She did not apologize and implied it was my fault for not locking a door that btw did not have a lock! I complained to Dillard's Corporate! You could only hear the "sounds of crickets". I tell everyone this story. It has been years since I shopped there! Will never go there again! Too many other great stores that actually appreciate my business!
Worst experience ever came to look at baby's shoes an a olderly lady just keeped starting like if we where gonna steal never returning back to this Dillard's
Had a bad experience with a pair of Johnston & Murphy shoes that I purchased two weeks earlier. Knowing the product and not expecting an issue I threw out the box and the receipt. Tony, the store manager was kind enough to work with me and have the shoes replaced. Thank you Tony. I always have a great experience shopping at Dillard's at The Shops at Willow Bend.
Upsetting and awkward experience with a return. Very condescending and rude. I also work in customer service and believe in the importance of treating customers with respect.
