I usually get my oil changes here but they were too busy to get me in today. I ended up going to car spa in Plano. Huge mistake. They lied, over charged and failed to reattach my skid guard. It fell off while I was driving back into my driveway. I went back and they wrecked it trying to put it back on. I then went back to Drivers Edge just before they were closing. I explained what happened and asked if they could check to see if everything was ok. It wasn't. There was more damage that they pointed out. They were so nice, accommodating and honest. Plus they didn't even charge me for the time they took. I won't ever go anywhere else. Class A pros here!
