Very trustworthy! I was concerned about a bad shimmy in my brakes. They could easily have talked me into doing unnecessary work for a couple hundred dollars. Instead, I was advised that, although the shimmy was annoying, it was not dangerous or harmful, and he recommended waiting until time to do normal brake maintenance. From now on, I'll travel miles out of my way to bring my car to Car Care Central.
I haven been taking my Kia there for a few years now. I cannot express how happy I am with Car Care Central. I've come in for routine checks to repairs and never had any problems at all. NONE. I would highly recommend them. I will continue to go there as long as I'm here (or anywhere around this area). They are trustworthy! Reliable and honest. We have used the same mechanic for years . . . and we love them. Unfortunately, our van was having a problem that they could not diagnose. We took our vehicle into Car Care Central on a Saturday morning, the problem was correctly identified and repaired within a few hours. For the first time in months, the vehicle is running smoothly again and I am confident in driving it more than a few miles. Since the original post, we have taken 2 additional cars to Car Care Central. They continue to take care of the problem the first time and even recommended something be completed under warranty that we did not know was available. Their integrity has won me over!
