It does have a children's play area which is always nice, but the overwhelming need I felt to deep clean it made us leave without actually playing.

Collin Creek operates like any other mall except for the fact that it is dying fast. The place is practically empty every day and you can only see a few shoppers glancing around when inside the mall. One of its last remaining anchor stores closed down last year and since then the place and its stores have been struggling for some business. However, all this doesn’t really affect the service and quality of the stores. There’s basically everything you could find in a normal mall such as shoe and clothes stores, mobile carriers, jewelry, and optical. The service is great. New stores are also popping up like a model train club and a retro gaming place. Overall this place is dying but there’s also promising plans to prop it back up. Good for General everyday shopping but you’re not going to find anything too luxurious.

This mall is great if you don't like crowds and do like deals. This mall is going through changes. I'm not sure if the plan is to close as others have stated or not but it offers a rare experience to the shopper. I think the stores may have just decided that in order to bring people in they need to offer great deals and they are! They have a very small food court, about 4 options. They also have a video arcade. It has a bunch of great games from the 80's. I really enjoyed this mall!

Mall is in a steady decline but my understanding is that a developer will buy it and bring it back to life. I usually just shop at a few stores. They still have a good food court.

Collin Creek has fallen into the category of forgotten malls.

The only decent thing it could boast is department stores and an Amazing Jake's, though in my opinion Jake's has never really earned the moniker.

With more closed shops than open ones it hasn't been the place to be in over 5 years of not longer.

It's a mall on the verge of closing so you can shop in peace. There's just not many options since it seems over half the shops are closed. If you prefer a quiet mall shopping experience, though, this is ideal.

Otherwise, keep driving in any direction and you will find a better option.

All in all, if you need to stop by J.C. Penny's, this is where you would go.
