Very poor customer service and return policy. The return policy states you cannot return anything after 30 days but does not say anything about "exchanges" or "store credit" within 30 days but they claim that's covered under returns. Very misleading. When speaking with the assistant manager Claudia, she was very unapologetic and rude. We will let our friends know not to shop here anymore.

Terrible store! I used to come here once a month and spend $100 or so. The clothing quality is not that great (compare F21) however, the you can find pricey dresses if you search hard enough. Last time I came, they claimed I was "shoplifting". Hello? I am a nurse and my husband is a doctor. No way in hell do I have to shoplift these 7$ clothes. Absolutely terrible. Gave this business a lot of my money but would not come back.
