They put us in a spot that had trash the sewer cap was broken, the water was in a hand box that was full of water. Could not find the power tried to call with no answer. We went to the office for an emergency number with no posting. It was late so we call around to find a place that was clean with full hook ups we could use. I WOULD NOT RECOMNED STAYING HERE

Didn't stay here, but reviews and requirements scared me off. Looking at the photos, not sure why they wanted this stuff, pretty well anyone with an rv less than 20 years old would have better looking rigs than what's pictured. Pay stubs? Bank statements? Yeah right. I don't trust credit agencies much less an rv park to have that kind of information.

I got woken up at about 5:45 in the morning to screaming. Then followed gun shots. More screaming and more gun shots. I do NOT recommend ANYONE staying here. It also is super crowded and stinks very bad. I don't mind the traffic from the highway but this was definitely not the way I wanted to wake up this morning. Never coming here again. I would like a full refund for this unbearable experience.

This place is a dump. The management are assholes and they make stupid rules up daily. If you have an rv and are white, you can't have any kids toys out even though they are put up nicely. There are too many drug dealers and wheelers going through. Not safe for kids much less civilized adults.

Conveniently located between Dallas and freedom in the sky. It was heavenly...met so many diverse people in a such short time...one guy even washed my windshield. Despite my not really needing it, he was persistent and did the best job ever. Share your smile and come check this hot spot out!
