This place is terrible. I can never find a place to park due to the residents parking in spots that aren't even their own! Constant loud music , parents let their kids run wild though out the homes with no supervision. Multiple stray dogs run around and try to bite any person getting near them. Also do not park along side the trailers , not even a few minutes. I parked outside a trailer to pick up some belongs and within 10 minutes the towed truck was called and my car was towed away. Beer bottles and cans are all over the place after Friday and Saturday nights. The list goes on and on.

Great little trailer park in east plano. Nice quite location with easy acess to plano pkwy and right by kroger grocery store.

Best place.love it...the manager she is friendly...she do the best for the community...she is always helping...and she do everything she can do for the people in the community...i never want to go or move....
