Medical City Plano - You guys rocked it . We are extremely happy and delightful that we had our first baby and you nailed it. Awesome experience and we always felt HOME. Labor & Delivery , Emergency ,Recovery , Nursery , Maintenance, Nutrition, Pediatrics etc etc every department has made the stay so comfortable that its beyond expectations. Thank you for all your support Team and that was a REAL fantastic job
This was my first time being at medical city of Plano! My experience was outstanding, I loved my labour and delivery girls! Huge shout out to Cara and Ashley, you girls gave the courage I thought I never had to deliver almost nine pound baby!! Ever bigger shout out goes to my Dr who believed in me that I could do it! Medical City Of Plano is my number one hospital!!! I will have my kids here from now on!!! Nurses are outstanding on the labour and delivery floor as well! Always there when you need them at a touch of a button!!
Everyone from the hard working folks in maintenance, housekeeping, staff, valet, nurses, Dr's, Surgeons etc.. Are AMAZING & TALENTED PEOPLE! My Dad was a patent for almost 8 wks after being struck by a pick up when he was trying to get his mail. The professionalism & expertise of the medical staff is leaps & bounds above the rest! I would highly highly recommend this hospitals in any trauma emergency!!!
Worst experience possible. I was given zero discretion, privacy, and respect. The staff faculty were loud,unprofessional, and most of all rude. I was experiencing severe rectal pain, and the room I was proposed a rectal examination in did not even have a door! Merely a thin curtain separated the doctor and I from a loud, obnoxious, unprofessional area of nurses!The curtain did not even cover all angles of vision! Obviously, I refused to proceed and waited for my transfer into another room. The registrar that came into my "room" (more equivalent to a waiting room than to a patient's hospital room) immediately showed a terrible lack of respect. My questions were met with unwarranted and unprofessional reactions. After this, I told the registrar that I was leaving and going to another Emergency Room, which was met with whispering and laughter as I was exiting. One of the most unprofessional facilities I have encountered, which came as a major shock given the apparent wealth and grandeur of this hospital. My experience with waiting room check in was excellent, however, as I was genuinely treated as a patient and given the respect and discretion that comes with it.
I have been part of the cardiac rehab program at Medical City Plano. It is a MAGICAL place with nurses and therapists who are incredibly skilled and caring. I am confident this will be instrumental in my full recovery without any risk of a repeat event. Thank you all for being ANGELS! I am blessed to have been in your presence for my rehab.
