Home Depot online on the other hand it's best not to use their system. Into days I run into two major problems. First the price of the paint sprayer online does not match the price of the paint sprayer in store. The manager was quick to match the online price. Second paint supplies that were listed in a certain I'll being in stock or not. Three looking for isle 54 does not exist on the online map. I could've found the aisle much faster by asking helpful employee.
David in lumber was SO helpful with our ship lap project!! He guided us in finding the right product, in making the cuts, and even followed up with suggestions for adhesives and finishings. First class service at this Home Depot!
In conclusion visit the store to buy what you need as the employees for help don't bother with the online pricing inventory or the guides.
The past few visits I've had at this location have been great. So much that it's now my default place to go. Jerry at customer service has helped me a couple of times now. He seems to be the expert behind the desk. And during my last visit Zoe was able to help me get some mulch when they were out of the stuff I wanted. She didn't get some respect from an old guard cashier, but she stuck to it and was my hero that day. Thank you Zoe and Jerry! Hope HD appreciates you as much as I do.
I go to this location all the time and it's always a great experience. Today, I went to pick up several bags of mulch. Immediately upon entry to the store, Mike asked if he could help me load all of the mulch into the cart. Then, he walked me to the checkout desk and then loaded everything into my car for me. Such awesome customer service, it's always a quick trip, and they always have everything in stock that I need for a great price.
Home Depot ought be ashamed with this poor online system. In this day and age with Amazon is one click away Home Depot really need to get on the ball
