I walk in the store and found a worker. Told him what I was looking for (hml cord), he directed me to the telecommunication section saying someone over there would help me. I walked around that section for 10 minutes and found no help. I go to the tv section walked around for another 10 minutes finally found help. He took me back to where I originally was, but he needed help cause that was not his area. He couldn't find anyone to help him. The gut ended up helping me find the cord. Thanks to him. But it is sad how long it took me to find assistance.
If it wasn't so hard to reach from where I live I would practically live in this place. I've always loved Electronics suppliers stores and parts house. They also have a really good coffee shop in the middle of the store
Can you say "bait and switch?" Went in to look at a TV on sale they didn't have it, not on the showroom floor or anywhere in the world apparently. No offers to give a discount on another model. After we told the salesman that we wanted to stay under $800, he disappeared. When we left, we were accosted by a very aggressive dish salesman who was rude when we said we were not interested. He did apologize for being short with us, but by then we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Not a great shopping experience. I won't be back.
I bought a speaker that was not working properly so I came In to the store to exchange it, apparently I bought the last one in the store but Joe (who i guess covers the appliances area) went up and beyond by sending a driver to pick up the speaker I needed form another store. I didn't ask for him to do that and he did it anyways. I really appreciate the time he saves me. Fyi I got to pick up my speaker with in a few hours.

Fry's is a wonder of a store... Great prices if you sign-up with the daily promotions, but good luck finding anything. The employees are not at fault because they are short staffed and consistently busy helping customers find items in the chaos.
