Store is only half functional. Literally, they've given up on working the check out counter and fitting room in the men's half of the store. Cheap, sure, but in the years since they started popping up in America their materials have peaked in fall-apart-after-first-use potential. At the end of the day you'll spend more because you'll have to replace your clothes all the time. Not worth the trouble
Very affordable! When I went, the store was mostly organized. I did go into the dressing room to try things on, and it was a mess at first, but I stepped out for a minute and an employee came by and offered to clear it up, which was really helpful.
H&M has the coolest style at the best prices, it's like Old Navy with a necessary edge!
Customer service is the not good. I wanted to return some shoes and the person at the counter didn't even consider helping us out. I like H&M but this service is not helping their sales.
