Thank you for providing current styles at a reasonable price. The store is well organized and easy to spot what you need.
I've been disappointed with the selection. What they have is fine, but whereas, in other locations I have had to put items back because I have found too many, I often leave here with nothing or with one item. I don't know what would contribute to something like that. The staff are fine, but it took a bit more work on my part to facilitate more friendliness from them. I guess I kind of expect more warmth or friendliness from people in customer service (don't misunderstand though, they were never overtly rude or unkind). Also, for the most part, I can hardly ever sell my items to them, and I typically buy nicer items when I buy new. The reasons they give me are confusing at times. I've been to better Clothes Mentors, but this one is not terrible. I just haven't been motivated to go back, even after going 4-5 times.
The clothes are decent, and they buy a good amount of the clothes I bring. During my last visit, however, all the while I tried on the clothes, two of the staff members complained openly about another newer one, with comments such as, "I hope we scare her off." It was unpleasant to listen to for the hour or so minutes I was there...
The ladies here are friendly and helpful. They also have a good selection and things are sized and colorized properly.
