As a frequent renter at this location I always experience top notch service. The staff is professional and extremely courteous. Wouldn't rent from any other company. Several of the employees have been promoted and transferred in the time I have been using this location. Yet the incoming personnel have been just as excellent. Keep up the great work!!
I have been a customer for more than 12 years now. Never have I received such a pathetic service @Enterprise location from Los Angels to New Jesey, Ohio or Illinois , Vermont, Connecticut or San Diego.
My only issue here are car availability, sometimes they rent cars to dealer customers and leave you with other choices...
Extremely poor Service and low regard for local customers. Avoid this enterprise location if you can. I booked a compact car from the online reservation. I went there and voila -- no car . the only car they had was a full size car. They demanded higher price for the same. I asked them why they reserved the Compact car in the first place.
First class experience, the team there is tireless in their pursuit of excellence!
Good customer service. If you have insurance on your own, don't get the extra. They try to add as much as they can.
Their Manager's Answer : They are not responsible for reservation center. It is given to third party. By reserving the car at 4:30 pm, you are "Manipulating the system". They have a full size car and it is more price and you will have to pay more price if you want the car.
Overall a great experience with Enterprise. I was disappointed I couldn't leave my car anywhere on their lot but they did make arrangements with me on zero notice to pick me up so I could leave it elsewhere. Staff was friendly, prices were comparable to everyone else and location was convenient.
