I had a good experience with Auto Merchants. Ray was knowledgeable about the vehicle purchased and the experience was pressure free. I was handed the keys pretty quickly for a test drive on my own upon walking through the door and the interaction was mostly him answering my questions. At no point was pressure applied to purchase nor were attempts made to dissuade me from going to look at list of other vehicles at dealerships as I told Ray I would be doing. I also had the privilege of dealing with Travis on some follow-up items related to the car I ended up purchasing. He was quite attentive as well. Financing was also hassle free. They have a no haggle price but, upon pointing out a small issue with the car which wasn't resolved prior to purchase, they knocked off an amount fair to both parties from the buying price.
They just moved into a much bigger facility and need a little time to get their operations locked down. Which with in charge Mo will undoubtedly happen.

I've been searching for a car for the past two months I've honestly been to auto Merchant about three times or more. I wasn't sure what I wanted and every time I have met with Ron. He's honestly the best salesman at a dealership I have ever met . He was extremely honest, wasn't pushy, he was patient with me and help me find a great car for a great price. Thank you!!! Mo the GM is the absolute man! Future advice if you have an issue during the sales process go see the GM Mo he is the man to see. We had lots of trouble with the first car I bought... Mo swapped it for another very similar vehicle (even nicer) with no questions.
We worked with ARA. He was available (quickly) by email and also by phone. We were able to get personal photos of our vehicle sent to us and he even drove it for us since they'd just gotten it into their lot. Because of all of his hard work, we felt assured we were getting a good car even though we hadn't seen or driven it. After the swift paperwork was done, we got the vehicle shipped to us for a very low fee and we've been happy with the purchase! We got a good deal and great service.
Just purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and I have to say it was the fastest and best experience I've had at a dealership before. No flashy sales gimmicks and expected car salesmen stuff, no shady "Let me call a guy I know....", and no selling lemons on purpose to screw you over and get more money out of you. All the cars are thoroughly inspected and in great condition, the prices are pretty good, and the staff was quick and professional. Travis the sales guy was awesome. We told him what car we wanted and he made it happen. Even threw some brand new tires in for the car. Tommy in financing was great too! Worked hard to make sure we got the best financing with good payments. Don't know when I'll buy a car again, but if I'm still in the area I'd go to this dealership.
The lobby is nice and clean—good place to relax.
