Just purchased a 2003 Dodge Durango from this dealership. The air condition didn't work after the FIRST day. The salesman,Cory, asked me to bring the vehicle in on Saturday. Two hours later the air condition is working but the car is running hot.I went to AutoZone on Sunday and bought some coolant. By Monday afternoon I was stranded on the side of the freeway. I called Cory and reported that the car was overheating and smoking. He asked if I had insurance. I said of course..it was required before I could even drive my car off of the lot. He advised me to check and see if I had Roadside Assistance. He said that they do not assist with towing. Its Tuesday evening..I have made numerous calls to the dealership only to be told that they are unable to locate the cause of the problem. That the vehicle hasn't ran hot since they have serviced it. I couldn't drive 3 blocks without having to pull over but by some miracle they see no problem with my car. They have refused to refund my money and have not tried to "fix" it because they have detected no problem with the vehicle. I have school-age children and a grandmother in the nursing home that I see regularly. I fear taking my children to school because I do not think this vehicle is safe or reliable. I admit to being pressed for transportation..I chose poorly. I implore anyone with children and basic common sense, to find a vehicle elsewhere. I'm also posting pics on FB if you would like to see my complaint.

I understand i bought it as is, no warranty. I also feel they mustve known about some of these issues, as they had had the truck for a good while. Claimed no one could buy it due to credit issues.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! And if you do. Pls be aware of what you’re buying asking every question in the book! I shouldn’t even give them a star period. I purchased a 2007 silverado 4x4 classic a really nice truck. First of all they left me on E coming out the parking lot.. needing an oil change. A whole tune up!! Brakes etc etc.! Well after all this mechanic work I’m finally good. I’m still gonna pay the truck off. But would not recommend this place AT ALL!!!!!

My opinion of this place has changed due to post sale lack of service. Very friendly folk at first.

They sold me an 07 GMC saying that all vehicles are checked out before being sold. If so, they were bound to have known the issues this truck had.

It had incorrect brake pads for one. I have had to put 4 starters on it so far. Keeps burning them up. Now the same symptoms are reappearing. I've only had the truck for 3 months now.

Easy going place. Staff is friendly. Francisco worked my deal in a timely manner. Love my SUV!

Im at about $1500 in repairs at this point, even with having the aftermarket warranty to help.

My car buying experience was absolutely fantastic. The team worked really hard to get me the best price and rate they could and put me in the best vehicle possible. This is a family place and they will treat you well. I will go back to them again!!!
