I just called to see if they could tell me what kind of chain i needed for my bike, but the guy on the phone "wouldn't tell me because they didnt want to give away their knowledge". I just wanted to know so i could buy it from them off of their website. Guy on the phone was very cocky and rude. Not a good way to get new business in my opinion but its ok, they can keep their "knowledge". They sound like a sham to me anyway. In short go somewhere else for your bike needs. They obviously dont care about the customer. They seem to only care about making money and giving away their precious "knowledge".
#1 Local Bike Shop in Plano, and probably North Dallas. Kim is very polite and friendly. Rick is a great owner. Their mechanics are also very knowledgeable and polite.
Such a great experience at Plano Cycling, you can see from the ratings that this store truly is great with customers. I took my girlfriend in to get sized for a bike, and Sherman help us out so much! He got us the bikes within our budget, and explained whatever we asked. He was so helpful, and all the other employees were also so very nice. I would absolutely recommend this store to anybody looking at bikes.
Best customer service I have ever experienced. They performed service on my bike because they think it needs to be done and didn't charge me. They handle warranty repair/return free of charge even the product was not purchased through them. I highly recommend Plano Cycling & Fitness.
