I really enjoyed meeting Nicole. I got there just a bit before closing (they were closing early, I'm not that guy). She didn't try to rush me. She took the time to show me the unit and talk through all of their services, the security and to make sure I knew how to get on touch if I had any issues. The price is fair and the facility is clean and easy to access.

Great premium service at a convenient location. Price is a lot higher than the newer facilities farther away. We used their service for about 2-3 years. No issues except that the price keeps going up every year. They did send advanced notice so the increase did not come in a surprise. Security is better than other locations because passcode is required for coming in and out. Facility is clean and well maintained. However our storage needs were for cheap balk household items that are only used once in a while. (i.e. large old luggages) Therefore we could not justify the price based on our requirements. If I had a need to store more valuable items that are needed more often I would still use this vendor.
