It was a pleasure working with Adam. I received his contact information via a friend of a friend. I wanted my roof upgraded to increase the value; those upgrades were not astronomical to my pockets. The transition in selecting the material that would be used, to scheduling the work was easy and accommodating. The laborers were professional and courteous. The full replacement of my roof took, one day the area was left clean and free of nails in which was a concern in the beginning. Adam is a good honest man, and I wish you nothing but the best.
We had a great experience with Concord Roofing & Construction. Concord was highly recommended on BBB, Angie’s List and Google. Ted has excellent customer service and sat down with my wife and I and patiently explained the repair process. He worked closely with our insurance company and replaced the roofing and repaired and stained the fence, the chimney siding and the shed. His crew (including Junior) was meticulous and covered our pool, flowerbeds and kept all construction material and nail away from our house. They cleaned up every day and did a thorough check upon completion for nails and debris. They used high quality materials and worked within the budget. We were impressed and recommend them very highly. Thank you Ted!
Adam did a great job as rep and project manager. He and assistant, Santiago, were timely and responsive in a very busy time frame for repairing roofs and related damage due to the massive hail storm we had a few months ago. Very pleased with contractors they used.
Better than 5 stars. I needed new roof, screens, fence staining and house painting. Ted was the best. He understood my needs and worked with me. The roof was professionally done and on schedule. My mortgage company inspector complimented me that our roof was the best work she had seen. I was very pleased.
After an extensive search, I chose Concord Roofing and Construction to replace my roof, gutters, screens, and do some fence repairs.
