Overall the main event is pretty fun place to go. You can go with large groups, you can go with small groups, or you can just do what I did and go there for happy hour and have nachos! There's a ton of stuff to do you just have to pick what's important to you.
We had a graduation party of 22, adults and kids, at the Plano location. Ally is 1 of their event planners and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We custom built my package to fit my needs and price range. Once we arrived it was quick and easy to get settled in and start having fun. Our waiter Lee was very attentive and pleasant! He went above and beyond to ensure we received the best service the entire 5hours. The atmosphere was perfect and everyone we came in contact with including other patrons was positive. Had a nice birthday party here. Had use of large area that was private which i would recommend. Food is ok. The games only last a few minutes so be prepared to pay but it is fun for all ages.
Generic family entertainment at a more than average price this is all around including the bar and even shoe rental. Open late the lanes are nice the balls and shoes are better than the ones at a hole in the wall place. It however is a little flashy and oriented toward teens with the overbearing lights flashing incessantly.
This is my son's new favorite venue for birthday parties. Their event planners are a pleasure to work with. I was surprised how much there is to do there, and the food menu is very good. I'm not a big nacho fan, but I do like their's.
