When I went in I had the office manager lady my rx and she told me these are for next month, do you have this months. I said sure I didn't realize that. As I was headed back to my car she said we can keep these for you till next month. I said sure. Went downstairs and got this months. When I went up she said that will be 15-20 minutes and I said ok and sat down. 20 minutes later it was ready and a gentleman rang me out. He was not there regular cashier. He ran my card and said it was denied. Let's run again. So he did and again declined. He was about to run it a 3rd time and I got a text alert from my bank that it had been approved for $412.37. I showed it to him and the office manager lady. She went to talk to this pharmacist, Grant. And he said to call Workd Com. People that handle there credit card transactions. Mind you I have paid at this point and they have kept my rx. After she had been in hold for 15 minutes Grant had a great idea. He did "why don't you call your bank and see if they are going to pay" So that's what I did and sure enough there had been no denials and the transaction was approved. I put her in the phone with office manager and she was good. However Grant was not satisfied. He said "clear it with world com. So after 30 minutes Workd com says they see it and it's all good. However Grant wanted further verification and told the office manager to ask for another department to make sure. So 20 more minutes goes by and another Workd com employee says it's good. At this point Grant has seen this on my phone on the bank account. Talked to my bank, and had 2 world com employees say it's good. But Grant wants more. So I've now paid and it's been verified and they have my rx for next month. But Grant insisted the office manager call there POS people and for me to have a seat. I told him I couldn't sit as he had my medications, the ones I have paid for mind you, and it was too painful to sit. Didn't care. Office manager gets on with the POS people for another 20 minutes and low and behold it was the cashiers mistaje. Was never denied. It said access denied which is a POS and user error. She hits a couple of buttons and hands me my script. All told I was there for and hour and a half. I paid $412.37 over an hour earlier and Grant just couldn't see past his power struggle he was having. The employees and office manager were even asking "he has all this verification, can't we let him go? But Grant was having no part of that. I went in today and picked up my rx for next month and everyone was nice and apologized. Not Grant though. He couldn't or wouldn't make eye contact. So long story short I will never be going back and I'm going to make this story as public as possible thru as many social media sites as I can. For a pharmacist to treat a patient like this is just despicable. Employees are great. But the guy running the ship is just awful. So DO NOT GO TO TEXAS RX!

I had just come from my doctor's office and confirmed that my doctor sent it. I get there and they don't have it. I was upset and the guy up front snapped, literally, snapped at me when I was a bit upset. Yes. I'm upset. I didn't yell or scream but I did get a bit frustrated. Don't snap at me. I'm not a dog.

Super nice people that seem genuine. Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes

I have been the victim of bad customer service in my life. I've even thought "I'm going to go home and write a bad review. But never have. Until now. I just have to tell my story and the horrendous treatment of a pharmacist named Grant. I have been a customer of there's for quite some time now as I have a chronic bad back. So here is my story and what happened yesterday.

I'm not rating the overall experience. I'm rating one individual "Shayna" (Spelling may be incorrect) every time I speak with her she has always been pleasant and has went above and beyond the call in customer service. I Spoke to others their attitudes were not as pleasant. So, I've had great as well as not so great experiences. My Dr. Office have used this pharmacy for about 14yrs. My experiences are for only about 5 months. So we'll see!! Shayna(again may be spelled wrong) Needs a raise! She called my Dr. office to follow-up on non-received Rx's, as well as called ME back and left a message to follow-up(11/22)! Awesomeness to say the least. I'm very big on customer service, especially in areas of healthcare. If the attitude is "just a job...just a check...the customer is bothersome" for those working in the medical field in any way!!! Those individuals may be working in the wrong field!!

I am willing to drive 20 minutes to give this pharmacy my business every time. They have everything in stock (unlike CVS or Walgreens). If they have a partial fill available, they will give you the amount on-hand and order the rest. I love this place and the people.
