I worked at this Petland when it first opened. I got to really see where the owners set the bar and was high. It was easy to feel good about working for Petland Plano, because I could see the high quality of care all of their animals receive. I haven't been to this store since I moved to Austin 5 years ago, but obviously they are still doing things right.
Petland won't steer you wrong. The people are extremely nice and helpful. All animals seemed healthy and well taken care of. The store was very clean and organized and the staff answered all questions I had. We will never use another pet store after interacting with the staff there. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I love coming here with my kids! The staff is exceptionally friendly and my kids enjoy petting all the animals. It's worth the drive to skip the petsmarts and support this store.
Super friendly staff. They were very knowledgeable and helped quickly. They even took time to allow my kids to play with the pets and showed them how to get the birds to perch on their fingers. Definitely a great pet store
I've boarded my rabbit here several times and have been very happy every time. The staff truly care about their animals and do everything possible to make sure they are happy and healthy. They even remember my rabbit by name. Highly recommend for small pet boarding.
