Stefano's team set high-quality workmanship standards, and exceeded them in every area (plumbing, tile installation, electrical, glass, paint, and carpentry). They cleaned the job site and removed all demolition items every day.
We have used Stefano at Tile & Stone for two major remodel projects at our home during the past several years. A few years ago Stefano's team remodeled our kitchen. Of course with any project there were challenges and on a couple of occasions when things did not go as planned, Stefano "owned it" and made sure it was changed to our liking. We recently contracted again with Stefano for a major bath remodel, we got several quotes and because of our good experience with the kitchen remodel we again chose Stefano for this project. I was pleasantly surprised to see the same core team members, Armando and Adolfo who did our kitchen years earlier on this new bathroom project. Recently finished a Master bathroom remodel using Stefano and Tile and Stone Design Center, and could not be more satisfied. We went with a modern industrial look and the results were stunning. We recently had our entire kitchen torn out to the bare walls and completely redone with new cabinets, floors, granite, backsplash, lighting, appliances and the fireplace. We didn't know where or how to get started and talked about it for year and finally came across Tile & Stone Design Center. We went in and looked around talking with John. He said just put a flag in the ground and pick 1 thing and then build from there. We did and it worked and off we went. We contracted with Tile & Stone Design center and John and Stefano helped us every step of the way, providing places to go look at granite, tile, backsplashes, etc. Once the project began, Stefano engaged completely and told us up front exactly what to expect. He said 1 month and it was 1 month. He listened to his team and they listened to him to ensure we were getting what we wanted. I was impressed by Adolfo and the pride he took in his work and making sure it looked great and is what I had envisioned.
