If you are overcharged for anything, wave goodbye to your money! I was told I would receive a check of my overpayment... wait for it... 2 months ago. I realized I never received my check 2 weeks ago, when I had a follow up appointment. The receptionist contacted the billing office herself at that appointment and left all of my information with them. No call from them. I called again last week. They kept putting me on hold every 30 seconds and finally said they would have to call me back. They never called me back. Still waiting for my money! I have worked under high stress jobs before where a lot of people depended on me for my word, and no matter how many sticky notes it took I made sure I followed through on everything. Sad to give them one star but when a company pushes you under the rug and does not follow up on their word, THREE times, it deserves one star.
