Horrible experience. Dont go there. Unprofessional and rude. These two women at the salon have communication and attitude issues. First, i went for hair color. She showed me a color chart and when i asked her the brand name of the hair color to verify whether i am allergic to it. She refused to tell me the brand name then when i insisted she told me that it is some Iranian brand ( turned out very cheap added amonia brand-gold). Secondly, she mixed wrong colors and applied and while she was applying she would stop and check in/out other customers while talking non-stop in Persian with her colleague. Third, she was not paying attention and was doing a very sloppy job and then one hair strand full of hair color went in my eye and she was like no worry its fume only fume and i literally ran to the sink to wash my eyes. My eyes were burning and turned red. Very unprofessional and their aesthetician license definitely needs to be verified. Malls management must verify their eligibility to even provide services which involve chemicals.
I went in to get a haircut, hair color, highlights and brushing and am very happy with the results. I usually try to avoid beauty salons because I never get exactly what I asked for and end up leaving unhappy. But this place totally changed my mind! Ashley listens carefuly to what you want done and makes sure that you leave happy and satisfied. The people there are nice and sweet and take good care of you. The prices are reasonable, too. I will definitely be visiting again and strongly recommend this place.
Very sweet lady and she really knows what she is doing. At first I was like oh no but at the end when she finish my daughters hair. I was like wonderful. I couldn't be more happy.
I have been to Ashley only 2 times so far and completely satisfied with the results! Simple cut the first time and just got all over color and I love it. Very professional and will work on your schedule for an appointment. Thanks Ashley!
Ashley is not even worth this 1 star but in order to post I have to choose at least 1 star which makes me sick. The owner of this salon named Ashley is all about making money and not about the customer although she puts on a nice smile while lying straight to your face! I asked her over the phone many times if the black ink she uses for eyeliner and eyebrow tattooing turns green over time like many black ink tattoos do over the years and she flat out said No every time so after I finally got up the nerve to go through with making the appointment to go get the eyeliner tattoo done which she had admitted another customer of her said was torturous. When I got to her salon I noticed she had on green eyeliner and I had a feeling that it was tattooed as well so I asked her if it was a tattoo and she said YES, that she had gotten it done in Iran 6 years ago and I told her "you told me the black ink wouldn't turn green and your liner tattoo has turned GREEN!" She was acting like she didn't know what I was talking about, then I showed her my jet black purse and told her this is Black your eyeliner tattoo is GREEN! and she called me crazy when she's the one who's obviously color blind or simply doesn't care that she's permanently scarring her customers with gross looking artificial ink which doesn't stay black so they can be stuck with ugly green color around their eyes for the rest of their life just so she can make $200+. She's very greedy and unprofessional saying i wasted her time when she was the one who lied to me in the first place and wasted my time driving down there only to see how bad her own tattoo makeup looks. I suggest you go there and look at her green eyeliner which used to be black before you get any tattoo makeup done. The last thing you want is to tattoo your eyebrows, lips or eyelids and end up with green shade you can't remove without a lot of pain and expense later. She will agree to all your questions just to get you to come in and pay for any of her services regardless of how bad it'll make you look after! I am so glad I saw other people with green eyebrows and liner before to ask her if her own eyeliner was a tattoo because it looks really bad!!
