Best haunted house I have ever been to!!! We are big halloween people at my house so this is perfect. It's inside so they are able to have haunts year round which is awesome. The employees are amazing!!! So nice and helpful. The amount of work and dedication put into this place is outstanding!!! It's not like a cheap haunted house. It's real actors and actresses with awesome make up and costumes. Me explaining doesn't even do it justice everyone must go at least once to this place!!!!! I recommend the VIP package well worth the money!!!!!
The actual art design and lighting are outstanding. The manufactured aromas are also very well done. The actors are very well costumed and generally seem to be enjoying their roles. I'm just over the jump out and say boo routine they all had. It works the first few times, then by room 35 it's almost humorous. Again props to the art and effects team. Also the Rick actor was spot on.
Great haunted house. The line wasn't too long, but I went at about 7pm on a Monday the day before Halloween so that might've played a factor. There are many people. There is a parking lot for the building and extra parking on the side. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Each one of the employees played their role well and were fun and energetic. The props are amazing. The lights and effects are too. Dark hour was the best. Carl's playhouse was alright, nowhere near as good as Dark Hour. I highly recommend going to the Dark Hour haunted house. You don't need to go to Carl's Playhouse, save your money. However, if you want to get to experience both and see if it's worth it, go ahead. Carl's Playhouse is very short, which is why its $10. The sound system is LOUD. Be prepared. The lights are distorting. Overall great experience. Great for groups and couples. You're not allowed to take photos inside the haunted house for experience and spoiler purposes. There are a few spots that you can take for photos/group photos. The bathrooms are CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. There's also a shop at the end of the Dark Hour haunted house and beginning of Carl's Playhouse where you can buy merchandise, get tarot readings ($15), and other esoteric services.
I absolutely loved this haunted house! I've been going to haunted trials and houses every Halloween for as long as I can remember and this is definitely one of my favourites. The haunted house was one of the longest I'd ever been to, it was maybe about a half hour or so. The house was filled with a bunch of new scares that I had never seen before in any other haunted place. After the house we went into Carl's Playground which was a lot shorter in comparison but was still super fun and scary! The line to get into both was relatively short, I definitely recommend going at a later time. If you don't like loud noises, small spaces, or those creep mirror rooms be aware though. Still an amazing haunted house and definitely recommend!
One of the best haunted trails I have been on! Had entertainment while waiting in line and the people were so nice. The costumes were amazing and so scary! Took my 12 year old daughter for her first haunted house and she was so scared but had so much fun! My heart was racing the whole time and loved every minute. If you are looking for a scary trail, this is definitely the place to go! Great job guys!
